A new six-lane highway project is underway from Madeenaguda to Pothireddypally, near Sangareddy, aimed at enhancing connectivity to Zaheerabad and Mumbai. The development includes a six-lane flyover from Miyapur X Road to Allwyn X Road to ease congestion. Additionally, a three-lane unidirectional underpass is planned from Hafeezpet to Miyapur and another from Bachupally to Allwyn X Road, serving as a major commuter path to the western side of Hyderabad, including Patancheru. The project, approved by HMDA and RERA, is located in a prime location on Sangareddy-Narsapur Road facing the first bit on a 150 feet road. The project features 220 villas in a 25-acre area, with options for 200 square yards, 2400 square feet built-up area villas, and 3400 square feet built-up area villas. Possession is slated for December 2027.
